Allee has over 10 years of experience In permanent makeup and has performed thousands of services. She received her microblading certification at Brow Design International in Indianapolis, Indiana.. Allee founded INKED by Allee in 2017 and expanded her PMU certification through Microbeau International in Miami, Florida, where she added powder brows, lash enhancement, eyeliner and lip blush skills.  She continued her training and received  certification in Nanoblading. Allee loves her job because the results are so rewarding. She is excited to be partnered with JAG Medical Cosmetics to provide the best permanent makeup techniques, backed by skills and science.

Johnny originally obtained a degree in refrigeration mechanics from, Trident Technical College in 2010 before transferring to U.S.C and getting his Associate in Art & Science.  It was after experiencing hair loss and researching remedies that he stumbled across Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) in 2019.  Personally, deciding to receive the procedure he almost immediately returned and began training. Traveling to: Orlando, Phoenix, London, & N.Y.C before returning home to South Carolina. He spent almost 5 years practicing SMP at, Palmetto Med Spa also located here in Summerville before finding his new home here at JAG Medical Spa!

Tonya is a native of Summerville. She received a Bachelor's in Biology from the College of Charleston and her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical University of South Carolina. She has twenty-one years of medical experience including emergency medicine, urgent care, internal medicine and endocrinology. Her hobbies are reading, remaking comfort recipes into healthy versions, and Pilates. She and her husband Kevin, also a Summerville native, have three Frenchies and are staunch USC Gamecock fans. Football season is her favorite season of the year. 

Taylor is a patient coordinator with 5 years of experience in the medical spa industry. She’s passionate about creating a welcoming experience for clients while providing attentive, professional care. In her free time she enjoys art, reading and spending time with her family.

Carmen is a proud Georgia girl, devoted wife, and mom of three. Carmen has over 20 years of banking and business administration that she brings to the team. A retired Marine Corps spouse and passionate All Star competitive cheer and soccer mom, family has always been at the heart of her life. She treasures her family and friends and loves creating memories with the people who mean the most to her. She enjoys discovering new places and traveling, especially cruising!

Ashley brings 18 years of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry, including 9 years as a licensed aesthetician and management experience. Her background has given her a passion for helping people feel confident, cared for, and comfortable throughout their beauty and wellness journey.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, Ashley loves helping create a positive experience for every patient from their first interaction forward. Her years of experience in aesthetics and client care allow her to understand the industry from both a professional and personal perspective, making her passionate about connecting patients with the services and care that best fit their individual goals.

Ashley is also a proud military spouse, which has given her the opportunity to experience different communities and embrace new chapters along the way. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two fur babies, taking morning walks, discovering new restaurants, attending local events, and making the most of life in the Lowcountry.

She is excited to be part of the team and looks forward to helping every patient feel welcomed, valued, and confident in their experience.
